Frances Babb was raised in Salt Lake City, Utah where she danced with Ballet West as a member of the corp de ballet for four years. Her first twelve years of training were in Albuquerque, New Mexico with Lucy Hayden. In Salt Lake City she studied with Toni Landers Marks, Bruce Marks, Jeff Slayton, and Kay Clark (RDT). Frances is a movement specialist listing and working in the metropolitan Washington, DC area.
