Judy Lowe:
Born Washington State. Grew up in Virginia. Graduated University of Colorado 1978. BA in Psychology. Attended classes at The Corcoran School of Art and Design and VCU, classes in Music, Music Theory.
Worked with Maida Withers Dance Construction Company, Linda Lewett and Matt Dibble. (Metro Dance Arts) from 1984 to 2008.
Worked for Tragert Video for ten years. Editing, videography and photography for over 25 years. Always have loved the visual arts, music and being around artists
