Jennifer Clark Stone
Jennifer Clark Stone is a performing dance artist, teacher, choreographer, North Carolina School of the Arts graduate, Virginia Commonwealth University BFA graduate and MFA, George Washington University. She has taught at George Washington University. Experiences include: NYC performer with David Dorffman, Phffft Dance Theatre, Amy Pivar, Joy Kellman; original member of the Zen Monkey Project; director of This Body This Earth, an improvisational modern dance company from 1999-2004; DC performer with Maida Wither’s Dance Construction Company and with The PlayGround; co-curator of the DC Improvisation Festival, 2005; lover of all that moves with a heart. Jen and Megan Thompson were co-curators with Maida Withers for the duet work, Embrace the Moment performed for the Open Celebration for LEGACY: 50 Years on the Edge, exhibition and immersive installation.
