UKRAINE “PAMYATATY” CHOREOGRAPHY PROJECTS:
Four Ukraine choreographers (selected from 48 applicants) were commissioned to create dance site works during war (Russia invasion of Ukraine 2023 – continuing). Two works were created and presented by Ukraine choreographers in Ukraine, one project in Finland, and one project in Italy. The grant provided access to a composer and a video artist to document each performance. All projects achieved great success. Audiences were very interested and engaged for all productions.
