Elena Tupyseva was born 9 October 1976 in Moscow Russia. She was educated from 1999-2005 at the Russian State Theatre Academy (GITIS). She was part of the producers faculty in 2000 for the Russian-UK Arts Managers Placement Programme with a Placement at the National Dance Agency “DanceEast (Suffolk, UK). In 1993-1998 he received the State Academy of Oil and Gas Degree in Civil Law with specialization in Intellectual Property
