2014 – Washington, DC Commission on the Arts and Humanities announces “special awards” to be given at the DC Mayor’s 29th Annual Art Awards Ceremony on Wednesday, October 29, 2014 at Lisner Auditorium, Washington, DC from 6:30 to 8:30 PM.  Maida Withers will receive a prestigious “recognition” award.
